I’ve had time in the last month to poll several of our top producers. Feedback ranged from “frickin phenomenal” to “a wonderful break from the norm, and someone who challenged me personally”. The catch phrase that resonated most broadly was “who drew your lines?” and “when were they drawn?” For an organization (and industry) that has changed so rapidly, “lines” drawn just 2 or 3 years ago are no longer relevant to most individuals; yet many are still operating within those boundaries. Your presentation and delivery was described as –
I'll summarize my feedback on your presentation to our international sales meeting into three areas: Preparation, Execution and Follow-Up. Preparation: You draw information out well in a very comfortable way for the client. Follow up during the two month lead time was very thorough with us and the staff at the meeting site. Execution: The presentation had 2 parts – the set up which took the audience along on your journey and the message which effectively addressed risk, fear and comfort zones. Quotes from some in the audience:
Follow Up: The post presentation follow up was excellent. You provided a presentation summary for our sales team that will mean they get even more out of your presentation.
Thank you very much for your presentation at our sales meeting in Washington, DC. Listening to the feedback from our sales team, I can tell you that you were a great hit and right on target with the message that we needed to have delivered. Thank you for your time, effort and focus on the things we needed to hear and that we needed to communicate to our sales people. It was a great presentation and right on target. I greatly enjoyed your presentation.
With seven month having past since you were with us, I want to thank you so much for giving me the tools to analyze and review my risks and not just jump in without looking.
